Have you missed this fashion gem on Smith Street?

If you blinked you just might miss the Sadie Clearance Outlet in busy Smith Street, Fitzroy. 

In fact, I must’ve blinked plenty of times because I’d walked that strip many times over many months before stumbling across this little gem.

Right next to- and perhaps dwarfed- by the huge adidas outlet, the little Sadie store is a treasure trove of bargains. 

Prices are as low as $4.95 for cute little lace tops, shoestring summer frocks, floral dresses and tops which would be perfect for work or after five.

Just $9.95 will cover your basic print tees, striped singlets (LOVE stripes) jumpsuits, and a range of plain and floral summer skirts and frocks which could easily be worn with opaques to take you through the cooler months.

Just because winter is approaching it doesn’t mean we pack away the short sleeves!

What I love most about Sadie is that it’s not just the basics which are heavily discounted.

On a recent visit I bought a gorgeous blue floral dress for $19.95 which has seen me through Christmas Day, a girls’ night out on the town, and a weekend lunch. I’d have no problems wearing it to a wedding or the races. Did I mention it was just $19.95??

I dare you to bypass the quilted biker jacket which is a steal at $69.95, down from $119.  

Cool sheer skirts in black and beige are down from $89.95 to $19.95. Team them up with a crisp white shirt and black boots to really rock the office. 

A gorgeous black dress with drop waist and pleats could be dressed up or down and is a bargain at $19.95. 

The Sadie outlet will have you covered for work and play, so leave plenty of time to browse the many racks. 

Thankfully there’s plenty of coffee shops nearby- you’ll need it afterwards.

Sadie is only a small store, and a little hard to spot, but a visit will be well worth your while.
