Why do I need a password to access the website?

It’s Hussh for a reason. Our brand partners choose to keep their discounts off the wide-open-web to protect their brand value. That’s why these prices are only available to Hussh members at our closed sale events —you won’t find them advertised anywhere else.

Do I have to log in each time I visit the website?

No, you don’t! Just log in once on each device you use to access Hussh, and as long as your device is set to save your login details, you’ll stay logged in. It’s one less thing to worry about so you can get straight to browsing our latest sales!

How do the sales work?

Hussh sales are exclusive, members-only events offering you a constantly evolving selection of high-quality brands at unbeatable prices. We host both physical and online sales, and members receive email invites for upcoming events. You can also find the full sales calendar anytime on our website.

I have forgotten my password – help!

So many passwords, so much to remember. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking this reset password link.

If you try to log in with the wrong password three times or more, your account will be locked. You will need to contact us to unlock your account and we will respond as fast as we can.

How do I update my details on my account?

You can update your account settings using the Profile and Settings options in My Account.
You can also view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password.

Do you share my information with third parties?

Absolutely not. We do not and will not sell or deal in Personal Data or any customer information unless we have your permission first. See more information on our Privacy Policy.

Shopping Hussh Online

Do I need a Hussh account to place an online order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating a Hussh account as it will save you time when shopping with us and will allow you to check order status easily. Plus, you’ll receive emails when new sales come online.

Shipping + Delivery

Where does Hussh ship to?

Hussh currents only ships to Australian addresses. Apologies to our international visitors, we hope to be able to ship to you soon.

What is the delivery timeframe?

Delivery timeframes for all products vary. The expected delivery timeframes are stated on each product page so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

As they say, good things come to those who wait and we think amazing prices are worth waiting for! You will never wait longer than 3 weeks for your purchase unless there is an issue with the product being shipped to Hussh. If this is the case, we will keep you updated.

Additional Postage & Third Party Supplier Deliveries

From time to time, carefully selected suppliers will dispatch items sold on hussh, directly to you. Additional postage charges apply to most third-party suppliers.  The product page will state that the product is coming from another supplier and additional postage charges will be calculated at the checkout.

What does shipping cost?

Hussh has a flat rate delivery charge of $12.95 for most orders. We source the most competitive carriers possible and constantly review them. If we are running a sale with bulky items like furniture, the shipping rate is $29.95.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?

Handling, packing, and shipping come at a significant cost, and offering free shipping would mean reducing the discounts we provide.

Many retailers absorb shipping costs into higher prices, but at Hussh, we prioritise giving you the best deals upfront.

Is express delivery or click and collect available?

We currently don’t offer express shipping but aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible given the current climate.
We are working on providing a click and collect option for our Melbourne shoppers. Stay tuned!

How is my order delivered?

Hussh uses couriers and Australia Post to send parcels, depending on where you live.

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you do not want the courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel at your address for any reason, please advise us in the order notes.

Where possible, you will receive shipping tracking numbers so that you can easily track your item.

Can I change my order or delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, unfortunately you can’t make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you make a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us straight away. Once the order is shipped, we can not change the address.

What happens if I supply the wrong delivery address?

Please enter your address with care. If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay for the re-delivery of the item.
Hussh is not responsible for lost items sent to an incorrect address that was provided by you.

Do deliveries require a signature?

No, all parcels are sent with Authority to Leave as standard. If you do not want the courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel at your address for any reason, please advise us in the order notes.

Order & Tracking Information

What is your return policy?

All sales on hussh.com.au are final. Due to the significant discounts we offer, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Please make sure to choose carefully before completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once we have sent your items.

Then in the next 12-24 hours, you will hear from either Australia Post or our courier provider with your tracking ID number and link. The tracking ID sometimes takes up to 1 business day to become active.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you are missing your order confirmation email it may be in your junk / spam / promotions folder (we hope not – but we’ve all been there) . If that doesn’t work, please use our contact us form and we’ll look into it for you.

Why have I been given a refund for a product?

Sometimes, our backend inventory system slips up or there is human error in our counting which results in us unintentionally overselling an item.
Where a product is ordered but can not be fulfilled, you will automatically receive a full refund for the product.

How do I contact you to ask a question about my order?

Please use our contact us form, including your order number, and we’ll look into it for you. To keep your order information secure we don’t answer questions relating to orders via social media.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, of course.  To send as a gift put your information in the billing address field and your lucky recipient’s shipping details in the shipping field.  Please note a tax invoice will be included with the order.

Do you provide size charts?

Where our suppliers have provided us with their size chart we will publish this information on the size guide page. Find size guides here.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

No, unfortunately we aren’t able to offer this service as we are so busy getting your bargains out to you.

What currency is your website in?

All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

What payment types do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

We use industry standard high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
