11 Hussh fashion fixes to help you spring into spring!

Here’s what to look out for at our upcoming fashion sales to help you tap into next season’s trends for less.

1.  A pastel moment
Purple reigned at Victoria Beckham and Michael Kors’ catwalk shows, with both of their collections including gentle lilac and lavender hues.

Purple not your colour? Don’t worry! Any soft pastel shade, such as duck egg blue, lemon, powder puff pink, is going to be big this spring/summer.

2. Big brights
If bolder colours are more your thing, you’ll be pleased to hear that reds and neons are still packing a punch. Versace and Stella McCartney both sent big brights down the catwalk.

Update your look by adding a pop of colour with a bright t-shirt, scarf, belt or even a simple slick of lipstick.

3. Layer it up
Light knits in rich buttery caramel or soft greys and staple neutrals are a must-have for the changing season. Easy to slip off and on as the weather changes, wearing them long and cinching at the waist with a belt gives an instant update to the look.

You can also jazz up your cover up by opting for a statement print – zebra or leopard are hot right now, as well as asymmetrics and zig-zags.

4. In print
Eye-catching, colourful prints are on trend for spring and combining a mixture in one look is the new way to wear them. It doesn’t even matter if they don’t match!

As well as leopard and zebra print, polka dots are spot on and it’s also worth checking out ginghams and plaids.

5. Shady ladies
Upgrading your sunglasses is a quick and easy way of updating your look that won’t break the bank. This season, celebs such as Gigi Hadid and Rhianna have been fans of the tiny frame trend. A nod to the 90s, it’s a look that’s not for everyone.

Search out frames with an interesting shape, the cat-eye silhouette has been popular with Beyoncé, and that flatter your face.

6. Brim it to win it!
Top off your spring/summer wardrobe by snapping up a new hat – the bigger the brim, the better! Both Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski have rocked the look on the beach. Sun protection has never been so chic!

7. Staple monochromes
T-shirts, pants, cardigans – you’ll wear them to death and they’ll go with anything.

8. Denim
A big trend and not just for jeans. Look for dresses and skirts in dark blue too.

9. Shorts
Smart, long-line shorts or slouchy, relaxed cut-offs will always be in fashion.

(Frame $86.92 were $289, Shopbop)

10. Trench coats
Celebs, including Meghan Markle, have even been stepping out in these over dresses and denim.

11. Wrap dresses
Flattering on any shape and in any season. You can dress them up with stockings and scarves in colder months and swap to sandals and shades when the temperature rises.
