Australia’s No. 1 destination for genuine discount warehouse sales

Celebrity bargain beauty buys

Prep your skin for your best Instagram selfie yet, with these celebrity budget beauty tips!

1. Keep it clean

Instead of reaching for uber pricey products, supermodel Gigi Hadid favours St. Ives Apricot Scrub face wash, available from supermarkets, while Oscar winner Emma Stone keeps her complexion dewy with Burt’s Bees sensitive facial cleanser. The actress also loves using natural products, such as olive oil, to give her skin an extra boost of moisture.

2. Oil be darned

Another fan of natural oils is model mum and top social media chick, Chrissy Teigen. She’s delved into her kitchen cupboard for coconut oil and now admits she uses it everywhere. “I use it on my cuticles every single day and I love to use it on my lips and on the wrinkles around the eye,” she told Bustle website.

She also uses the super product to get rid of tough to remove make-up like waterproof mascara.

3. Water way to stay fresh

The scientific sounding micellar water is a saviour for your skin! A lightweight cleanser, it works by combining oil and water to gently remove everyday grime and dirt as well as make-up. Gwyneth Paltrow is a fan but you don’t have to break the budget by splashing out on a fancy Goopy bottle.

Aussie brand Natio has a great micellar water that comes infused with calming cucumber and aloe. And you might just find some at an extra discount on Friday and Saturday at the Hussh sale!

4. Nuts about you

As well smelling like a summer holiday, The Body Shop’s Coconut Body Butter boosts super-soft skin.
Taylor Swift is a big fan of this cruelty-free beauty fix.

5. Get the glow!

A light dusting of gorgeous glowy powder can give you skin that extra boost in your selfies. The golden shimmer on Samantha Harris’ cheeks in this New Idea pic was created using the Natio Illuminating Mineral Face Powder Palette.

Or if you’re time-poor, grab a bottle of Benetint. This wonder product can be used to brighten your cheeks and your lips and is a go-to for actress Nicole Kidman. “I’m a mom so I don’t have a lot of room in my bag, but I always try to have an all-in-one product,” she said.
